Key Responsibilities
- Posting invoices on the ERP
- Petty cash disbursement and reconciliations
- HQ Petty cash must be correctly posted and reconciled every Wednesday of the week before disbursements are done on Thursdays.
- Post and reconcile all store petty cash on the 2nd day of every month.
- Disburse petty cash in a timeous manner to stakeholders.
- Proper Filing.
- Maintain an up to date filing of all the above activities.
- Any other duty given by the Finance Manager.
Qualifications
Education
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related business field. CPAK
Skills & Competencies
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Knowledge of accounting software (Sage preferred) Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general IT tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Integrity, confidentiality, and strong communication
Other Attributes
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment
- No prior experience required
