Finance Jobs, Ujima Foundation Jobs. The Finance & Admin Intern will support the daily financial, accounting, and administrative operations of Ujima Foundation, requires a Finance, Accounting, or Business Degree/Diploma. Internship role in Nakuru.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing payment vouchers, invoices, and expense receipts in accordance with organizational policies.
  • Reconcile petty cash, track office supplies, and maintain inventory logs.
  • Organize and maintain accurate physical and digital financial and administrative records.
  • Support logistics for training programs, meetings, and organizational events.
  • Provide general administrative support, including answering inquiries and managing front-office duties.

Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or CPA Section 1/2.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word); knowledge of QuickBooks or accounting software is an added advantage.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and high ethical standards.
