Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate entry-level ICT training sessions covering computer basics, MS Office Suite, internet safety, and digital communication tools.
• Assist trainees during practical computer lab sessions and evaluate their progress.
• Maintain the ICT lab equipment, software updates, and troubleshoot minor technical and internet issues.
• Maintain hardware and software inventory logs for the training center.
• Support program staff with data entry and basic IT troubleshooting when needed.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, ICT, or a related field.
• Strong command of fundamental computing concepts, office applications, and basic networking/troubleshooting.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and teaching skills with patience for beginner learners.
