About the role
- Two field supervisors are needed to lead enumerator teams, manage field logistics and safeguard data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, train and supervise a team of enumerators in the field
- Run spot-checks, back-checks and daily data quality reviews
- Manage field logistics, movement plans and team welfare
- Report daily progress and issues to the research coordinator
Requirements
- Degree in social sciences, statistics, public health or a related field
- At least 2 years of field supervision experience on survey projects
- Strong command of sampling protocols and CAPI platforms (ODK, SurveyCTO, KoBo)
- Excellent leadership, reporting and problem-solving skills
