  • Oversee all activities related to the variety of organic and regenerative vegetable and fruit cultivation, harvesting, and storage.
  • Implement and maintain organic and regenerative farming best practices.
  • Ensure efficient completion of tasks by supervising and coordinating farm labor.
  • Monitor soil health, irrigation, and pest control using organic methods.
  • Maintain farm records, including planting schedules, harvest yields, and input usage.
  • Ensure farm equipment and tools are well-maintained and operational.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve farm productivity and sustainability.
  • Collaborate with the administration on budgeting and procurement of farm supplies.
  • Train farm staff on organic farming techniques and safety protocols.
  • Ensure compliance with local agricultural regulations and organic certification standards.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Certificate/Diploma in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in farm management, preferably in organic and regenerative farming, is required.
  • Knowledge of organic farming techniques and sustainable agriculture.
  • The candidate should possess strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to operate and maintain farm machinery.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Basic computer skills for record-keeping and reporting.
