Requirements

• Diploma or certification in Facilities Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an added advantage
• Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in cleaning, facilities, or housekeeping supervision
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Knowledge of cleaning standards, safety protocols, and use of cleaning equipment
• Good organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Ability to monitor performance and enforce quality standards
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• High level of professionalism, accountability, and integrity

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily cleaning operations and assign tasks to the facilities care team
• Monitor team performance, conduct inspections, and ensure high cleanliness standards
• Oversesee opening and closing procedures to ensure facility readiness
• Manage cleaning supplies, inventory, and equipment maintenance
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards
• Coordinate cleaning for events and special activities
• Train staff and drive continuous improvement in cleaning processes
• Report on team performance, facility conditions, and operational challenges
