AFOSI seeks to engage a qualified independent audit firm to conduct an external audit of its financial statements and related processes in accordance with Kenyan laws, PBO Act 2013, donor agreements and international audit standards.

Purpose
Financial Audit
- Audit AFOSI’s financial statements for FY 2025 in accordance with ISA and Kenyan NGO auditing requirements
Compliance Review
- Ensure compliance with PBORA, KRA regulations (PAYE, SHA, NSSF, VAT), and donor agreements
Independent Assurance
- Provide AFOSI, its Board and donors with independent assurance on financial performance and internal controls
Required Qualifications
- Independent, licensed and registered with ICPAK to practice auditing in Kenya
- At least 5 years of experience
- Experience auditing Kenya-based NGOs and donor-funded projects
- Comply with International Standards on Auditing (ISA)
- Knowledge of KRA tax regulations (PAYE, VAT, NSSF, SHA)
