Director Governance & Compliance Job Makueni CPSB
Legal Jobs, Makueni CPSB Jobs. Responsible for developing governance policies, overseeing compliance with laws and regulations, managing risk, promoting accountability, and advising county departments on governance standards and ethical practices. Requires a degree in Law, Governance, Public Administration, or a related field. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Makueni
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Law or a related field of study from a recognized university
- Certified Secretary in good standing with the Institute of Certified Secretaries, with technical knowledge and experience gained with a corporate environment or a listed company of similar size and operations
- Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in a corporate organization in Company Secretarial function or supporting roles
