The Director – Digital Transformation and ICT Services leads the Commission’s digital transformation initiatives and oversees ICT infrastructure and services.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing digital transformation strategies within the Commission
- Managing ICT infrastructure, systems, and digital platforms
- Coordinating implementation of e-government initiatives and ICT projects
- Ensuring data security and digital system integrity
- Supervising ICT service delivery and technical support functions
- Supporting adoption of innovative digital solutions within the Commission
- Monitoring ICT system performance and operational reliability
- Advising management on digital technology strategies
