- The Decode Africa Fellowship is a hands-on creative experience designed for emerging voices ready to experiment, collaborate, and build.
- Fellows will join a team of digital storytellers, writers, designers, and strategists working on real Decode Africa projects — from campaigns to content series and storytelling experiments that amplify African perspectives.
- It’s an opportunity to create, connect, and grow within a creative network shaping the next wave of African innovation.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on Decode Africa’s real-world creative and cultural projects.
- Contribute ideas, copy, visuals, or short-form storytelling for digital platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions with the creative team.
- Explore Africa-focused narratives and experiment with new formats.
- Engage with a network of creators and professionals pushing boundaries.

- Comfortable experimenting with new tools, aesthetics, and formats.
