Digital Marketer Job Sai Pharmaceuticals (60-70K)

Looking for a communication job in Kenya? Sai Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Digital Marketer to develop online marketing campaigns, manage social media platforms and create engaging content. The role is based in Thika and familiarity with social media advertising required.

Purpose:

The purpose of this job is to plan, develop, and execute marketing campaigns that promote the company’s products using digital channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across the company’s social media platforms that include; Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube and Instagram.
• Create and curate content for social media channels.
• Work with graphic designers to develop social media content.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media strategies with overall marketing goals.
• Community management by monitoring and responding to all social media comments, messages, inquiries and reviews.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns to optimize ad performance.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
• Develop annual budgets for social media spend.
• Collaborate with marketing agencies to align on other digital strategies such as as SEO marketing, Google Ads, blogs and review collection.
• Develop, plan and execute influencer campaigns alongside the marketing team.
• Own end-to-end e-commerce account management from orders, payments to listings and promotions for online retail partners.

Qualifications

• A degree in Marketing, communication, digital media or a related field or equivalent experience.
• 3 years’ experience in Digital Marketing.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, negotiation skills and with a results-driven mindset
• Familiarity with social media advertising and digital marketing strategies.
