Key Responsibilities
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage campaign budgets, audience targeting, creatives, A/B tests, and performance optimization.
- Set up and maintain tracking infrastructure including pixels, events, Conversion APIs, and UTM strategies.
- Execute organic digital marketing activities such as social media posting, community engagement, email marketing, and funnel management.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings, traffic, and conversions.
- Create or coordinate digital content including ad copy, blog articles, landing pages, and short-form videos or reels.
- Build dashboards and prepare clear weekly and monthly analytics reports.
- Translate business goals into practical digital marketing plans and tactics.
- Support multiple internal projects and marketing tasks in a growing entrepreneurial environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, IT, or a related field.
- Proven experience managing multi-channel paid ad campaigns.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles and marketing funnels.
- Ability to manage deadlines and deliver hands-on execution.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with marketing automation and reporting tools.

- Experience working within a digital marketing agency environment.
- Ability to design social media posts using Canva or Adobe tools.
- Knowledge of AI tools for copywriting and content acceleration.
- Skills in creating short video content or reels for campaigns.
