Content Producer (50-60K)

Our client, is a Tours & Travel company operating under a diversified group of companies, is seeking to hire a creative, dynamic, and highly skilled Content Creator & Digital Media Officer to lead content production, digital storytelling, and brand communications. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual and digital content that showcases travel experiences, destinations, hospitality offerings, and corporate activities while strengthening the company’s brand presence across multiple platforms.

This is a full-time role that will require regular travel within and outside Nairobi to capture content at destinations, hotels, tourist attractions, events, and other travel-related experiences. The ideal candidate should be passionate about travel, storytelling, photography, videography, and creating engaging content that inspires audiences and drives business growth

Key Responsibilities

• Content Production (Photo & Video) – Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality photo and video content for corporate, commercial, and marketing use across multiple platforms.
• Digital Storytelling – Develop compelling visual and written stories that communicate the Group’s brand identity, projects, services, and achievements.
• Social Media Content Development – Create engaging content for social media platforms including graphics, reels, short-form videos, and campaign materials.
• Brand Communications Support – Support the development and execution of brand communication strategies to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
• Marketing Content Creation – Design and produce content for websites, brochures, presentations, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
• Project & Event Coverage – Coordinate visual documentation of properties, construction projects, corporate events, travel assignments, and business activities
• Content Library Management – Maintain an organized digital archive of photos, videos, and brand assets for easy access and use.
• Graphic Design Coordination – Work with designers or external creatives to develop high-quality visual materials aligned with brand guidelines.
• External Creative Coordination – Liaise with freelance photographers, videographers, and designers where required to support content production needs.
• Brand Consistency – Ensure all content aligns with the Group’s brand identity, tone, and communication standards.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Media Studies, Communication, Film Production, Journalism, Marketing, or related field is an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in content creation, photography, videography, digital storytelling, social media content production, graphic design coordination, and brand communications.
• Willingness to travel outside Nairobi for content production assignments is required.
• Strong experience producing corporate and commercial content is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator) or equivalent tools.
• Strong storytelling, creative thinking, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing social media platforms and digital marketing content.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and brand consistency.
