Deputy General Manager Quality Job Bliss Healthcare
Medical Jobs, Bliss Healthcare Jobs. Responsible for leading quality management across healthcare services, developing and implementing quality improvement systems, managing corrective actions, supporting accreditation and compliance, and promoting patient safety and continuous improvement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Medicine, Healthcare Management, Quality Management, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.
Role Purpose: Lead quality management and continuous improvement across Bliss Healthcare, driving patient safety, regulatory compliance, consistent standards and operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Medical degree: MBBS or MBChB from a recognised institution.
- Second-level qualification in Healthcare Administration or Healthcare Management.
- At least 5 years’ experience in healthcare quality, clinical governance or management.
- Proven leadership in audits, SOPs, CAPA, regulatory compliance and team performance.
Key Focus Areas:
Quality audits, SOPs and compliance, CAPA and QIPs, Patient safety, Facility optimisation, Team leadership.
