Deputy Director – HR Development Job TSC

The Deputy Director – Human Resource Development focuses on staff capacity building, training coordination, and professional development initiatives within the Commission.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Coordinating staff training and development programs across the Commission
  • Supporting implementation of professional development strategies for staff
  • Assessing training needs and coordinating capacity building initiatives
  • Monitoring effectiveness of staff training and development programs
  • Supporting development of institutional learning and development frameworks
  • Coordinating leadership development programs within the Commission
  • Supporting performance improvement initiatives through targeted training programs
  • Preparing training reports and development plans
