Duties and Responsibilities
- Coordinating staff training and development programs across the Commission
- Supporting implementation of professional development strategies for staff
- Assessing training needs and coordinating capacity building initiatives
- Monitoring effectiveness of staff training and development programs
- Supporting development of institutional learning and development frameworks
- Coordinating leadership development programs within the Commission
- Supporting performance improvement initiatives through targeted training programs
- Preparing training reports and development plans
