Academic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree (BSc)/ Diploma/Advanced Diploma graduate in Dental Technology.
• A Bachelors/ Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Dentistry, dental Technology, Pediatric Dentistry,)
• Specialization: Strong background in specialized areas such as Periodontology, Prosthetics, or Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery is required.
• KMPDC Registration as a Dental Practitioner by the Kenya Medical Practitioners and Dentists Council (KMPDC) is added advantage.
• A current, valid practicing license .
• Skills For specific clinical instructor roles (e.g., in Oral Surgery or Restorative Dentistry)
• Teaching/Research Experience: Generally, at least three years of teaching and research experience in a college setting is required.
• Proven work experience in a clinical or industrial setting is an added advantage.
• Experience in research and publications in refereed journals.

• Experience & Skills: Previous teaching experience is often preferred, though some positions are available for newcomers. Candidates must demonstrate excellent command of English, professionalism, and adaptability.
• For Expatriates: A valid work permit (usually sponsored by the employer) and a background check/police clearance are required.
• Rewarding Performance: We recognize and reward top performance. Starting salary: KES 45,000 net per month with strong merit-based progression.
