As a Debt Recovery Agent at Newark Frontiers, you will be at the heart of our mission to empower micro and small enterprises. You’ll assess loan applications, provide financial guidance, and build lasting client relationships to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate loan applications and conduct risk assessments.
- Provide tailored financial advice to clients.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and loan processes.
- Collaborate with the operations team to streamline loan disbursements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
- 2+ years of experience in lending or financial services.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Kenyan financial regulations is a plus.
