- Finley Collection Africa (based along Mombasa Road) is looking for energetic and goal-driven Debt Collection Agents to join our call center team!
- At Finley Collection Africa, we handle commercial debt of all kinds and offer a full-service debt collection solution. Our team of skilled professionals employs proven strategies to locate debtors, negotiate payment plans, and recover outstanding payments.
- With our expertise and commitment, we help you effectively manage your receivables and minimize the impact of bad debts on your business. We understand that every debt recovery situation is unique, and we tailor our approach to suit your specific needs, ensuring the best possible outcomes
Role:
Calling clients who have taken loans through mobile loan apps, banks, and SACCOs to assist in repayment follow-ups.
Education:
- KCSE, Diploma, or Degree in any course
Location:
- Preference for those living along or near Mombasa Road for easier commute
- Interviews: Monday 13th – Friday 17th October 2025
