Minimum Requirements
- At least 10 years’ experience in medical education and practice, with leadership experience
- Medical degree (MBChB or equivalent) and a PhD or recognized postgraduate medical qualification.
- Registered medical practitioner in good standing.
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with medical councils, health regulators, and accreditation agencies
- Ensure quality clinical teaching and training in collaboration with teaching hospitals and health facilities
- Manage academic staff, clinical instructors, and administrative personnel.
- Manage School budgets, facilities, laboratories, and clinical training resources.
- Oversee student welfare, discipline, and professional conduct.
- Oversee the development, delivery, and accreditation of medical and health sciences programs.
- Promote research, innovation, and ethical medical practice
- Strengthen partnerships with hospitals, government agencies, and international institutions.
