Our client is looking to hire a Data Analyst – Sales & Distribution who will play a crucial role in analyzing sales data, generating reports, and managing stock information from distributors. They will be responsible for organizing data into structured templates, creating sales contracts for distributor orders, and providing actionable insights to optimize sales performance.
This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and external distributors.

Key Responsibilities
Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
- Collect, clean, and analyze sales and stock data from distributors.
- Prepare detailed sales reports, identifying trends and key performance insights.
- Maintain and update sales dashboards to track distributor performance.
- Assist in forecasting sales demand based on historical data and market trends.
- Present findings and recommendations to the sales team to drive decision-making.
Data Management & Documentation
- Fill in structured data templates for reporting purposes.
- Ensure all distributor sales and stock data is accurately recorded and stored.
- Develop and maintain organized records for easy retrieval and reference.
Sales Contract Management
- Prepare and process sales contracts for distributor orders.
- Ensure contracts are correctly structured, aligned with company policies, and signed on time.
Distributor & Client Coordination
- Collaborate with distributors to collect accurate sales and stock data.
- Support distributors in understanding reporting requirements and contract processes.
- Respond to distributor and client inquiries regarding sales data and contract details.
- Assist in resolving any discrepancies in sales or stock reports.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Data Analysis, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in data analysis and sales support.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts, Data Analysis).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and formatting.
- Experience with data visualization tools is a plus.
