Duties & Responsibilities

• Analyze structured and unstructured data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that support strategic and operational decisions
• Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual reports using data visualization tools to communicate insights effectively
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand data needs, define KPIs, and translate business questions into analytical solutions
• Extract data from multiple sources using SQL, spreadsheets, and other data tools; ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Perform data cleaning, validation, and transformation to maintain high data quality standards
• Monitor data performance metrics and provide regular and ad-hoc analytical reports
• Apply statistical techniques to analyze datasets and support forecasting and performance measurement
• Document data definitions, methodologies, and reporting processes to ensure transparency and repeatability
• Support data governance initiatives by following best practices in data management, security, and compliance
• Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve existing data analysis workflows
• Collaborate with IT, product, finance, and operations teams to support data-driven initiatives
• Present findings, insights, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences

Requirements & Skills

• Degree in Statistics, Economics, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as a Data Analyst
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, or similar)
• Strong understanding of data management practices and techniques
• Ability to interpret complex data and present insights clearly
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills
