About the Internship

• We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Data & AI Analyst Intern to join our IT department and gain hands-on experience working with real operational data in a fast-evolving agri-manufacturing environment.
• This internship is designed for someone eager to learn how data systems work in real-world operations—from agriculture and finance to human resources and factory processes. Under the guidance of the Head of IT, you’ll explore how data and automation can drive meaningful impact and efficiency across departments.
• This is not just an office job—you’ll also get field exposure to understand how systems are used and data is collected at the ground level, especially in areas like cane farming and supply chain operations.

Learning Objectives & Responsibilities

• ERP & Data Exploration: Work with actual data from ASML’s ERP system (Synergy Bravo), learning how to structure, clean, and extract insights from operational data across different departments.
• Dashboard Development: Assist in building dashboards in Power BI or Excel to visualize trends and support decision-making.
• Data Governance Exposure: Learn about the importance of data standards and help implement simple frameworks to ensure data consistency across HR, Finance, Agriculture, and Operations.
• AI & Automation Support: Participate in pilot projects that integrate automation tools or AI APIs to streamline repetitive tasks or enhance reporting.
• Real-World Collaboration: Sit in on meetings with departmental teams, gaining exposure to how different business units operate and how data flows between them.
• Project Ownership: Take on a small project (e.g., automating a recurring report or creating a department-specific dashboard) and present findings at the end of your internship.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Minimum Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (Or equivalent demonstrated experience in a work portfolio)
• Strong curiosity and willingness to learn by doing
• Basic knowledge of Excel and/or Power BI
• Interest in AI tools, APIs, or automation processes
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset

Bonus Skills:

• Familiarity with Python
• Previous exposure to ERP systems or business data workflows
• Experience working with any AI or automation tools (even personal or school projects)
