- Has 2 year customer service experience in the business or manufacturing sector.
- Has either a Diploma or Degree in customer relations or Business management.
- Age 30 yrs and above.
Roles:
- Manage general customer care relations and inquiries regarding our companies’ products
- Follow up with clients/orders and communicating with the clients about dispatch and payments of their products
- Collaborate with accounts and sales team on problems clients might have and, if necessary, give a formal notification
- Planning, scheduling for all our company events including activations, conferences and team building events
