Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email and live chat.
- Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, repair status and general support.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (Repairs, Logistics, Sales) to resolve customer concerns.
- Help manage customer orders, returns, exchanges and warranties.
- Ensure all customer orders are updated, documented and resolved within timelines.
- Assist in communicating order progress and status updates clearly.
- Conduct post-purchase or post-support follow-up calls.
- Prepare weekly insights reports highlighting trends and improvement areas.
- Update customer records, logs, and activity summaries accurately.
- Support in compiling weekly CX reports and performance metrics.

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
- Strong communication skills—both spoken and written.
- Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
- Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, CRM systems, or willingness to learn).
- Added Advantage: 1 year experience in customer service or front-line support.
- Experience handling calls, complaints or customer-facing roles.
- Fluency in both English and Swahili.
- Knowledge of e-commerce or tech-related customer support.
