Customer Relations Intern Job Revivo

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, social media, email and live chat.
  • Assist customers with product inquiries, order updates, repair status and general support.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments (Repairs, Logistics, Sales) to resolve customer concerns.
  • Help manage customer orders, returns, exchanges and warranties.
  • Ensure all customer orders are updated, documented and resolved within timelines.
  • Assist in communicating order progress and status updates clearly.
  • Conduct post-purchase or post-support follow-up calls.
  • Prepare weekly insights reports highlighting trends and improvement areas.
  • Update customer records, logs, and activity summaries accurately.
  • Support in compiling weekly CX reports and performance metrics.

  • Diploma or Degree in Customer Service, Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Strong communication skills—both spoken and written.
  • Friendly, patient, and customer-oriented personality.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and stay organized.
  • Basic computer skills (Google Workspace, CRM systems, or willingness to learn).
  • Added Advantage: 1 year experience in customer service or front-line support.
  • Experience handling calls, complaints or customer-facing roles.
  • Fluency in both English and Swahili.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce or tech-related customer support.
