Qualifications and Experience

Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Customer Service, Marketing, or a related field (preferred; equivalent experience considered).

Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years in customer service or client-facing roles, preferably in real estate, property sales, or a related industry.
• Experience using CRM systems or customer management tools is an advantage.
• Knowledge: Basic understanding of the Kenyan real estate market, particularly land plot sales in Kiambu, Nairobi, and Kajiado, or a willingness to learn quickly.

• Customer Service Excellence: Proven ability to deliver exceptional client experiences, with a focus on empathy, patience, and professionalism.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage clients, explain complex information clearly, and prepare accurate reports.

• Organization: Strong time management and multitasking skills to handle high inquiry volumes and administrative tasks efficiently.
• Problem-Solving: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve client issues and propose improvements.
• Technology: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) or social media platforms (e.g., X, WhatsApp).
• Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, scaling company with evolving processes and client needs.
• Integrity: Commitment to ethical practices, confidentiality, and compliance with Kenyan real estate regulations.
