Customer Experience Officer/Receptionist Job Equity Afia
Medical Jobs, Equity Afia Jobs. Responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming and assisting patients and visitors, scheduling appointments, handling enquiries, supporting patient flow, and providing general administrative support. Requires a Diploma in Front Office Administration, Business Administration, Health Records, or an equivalent qualification, with at least two years’ experience. The position is based in Thika and requires on-site work.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Front Office Administration/Business Administration/ Health Records, or an equivalent qualification
- At least two (2) years working in a service-oriented industry
- Proficiency in computer skills (especially Health Management Information Systems).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
