Customer Development Lead Job Bidco Africa
Customer Service Jobs, Bidco Africa Jobs. Responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying growth opportunities, supporting sales strategies, and driving customer engagement and business growth. Requires a relevant qualification in business, marketing, sales, or a related field. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage supermarkets/minimarts under distributors and regional 2nd-line buyers.
- Manage Joint Business Plan agreements and ensure quarterly targets are achieved.
- Ensure monthly data collection, payments, and reconciliations.
- Ensure planogram adherence and execution.
- Drive outlet visibility through Point of Sale Materials.
- Maintain 10% Share of Shelf by Q3 and achieve 80% On-Shelf Availability
- Negotiate additional displays at key outlets.
- Manage merchandisers across assigned territories/outlets.
- Provide product movement updates and competitor intelligence.
- Monitor in-store sampling activities.
- Ensure correct Recommended Retail Price and effective promo execution.
Qualifications
- 7-10 Years FMCG Experience
- Minimum 5 Years Beverage Industry
- Joint Business Plan & Negotiation Expertise
- Must Have Handled Modern Trade Customers
- Experience in large teams handling including 3rd Party Agencies
