Job Overview
We are seeking a friendly and efficient Customer Care/Receptionist to join our team at a Container Freight Station (CFS). The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations smoothly.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; additional certification in customer service beneficial.
- 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in logistics or a related field, with exposure to CFS operations advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer interaction.
- Proficiency in CRM software and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Understanding of logistics operations and import/export processes.
- Familiarity with customer care principles and practices, ensuring timely and effective responses to inquiries.
- Customer-focused approach with a dedication to delivering high-quality service.
