The CRM Developer will design, customize, and enhance TSAVO’s CRM platform to support sales, marketing, customer service, and resident & property management operations.
Qualifications
- Strong ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
- Solid understanding of CRM concepts and workflows
- Proficiency in C#, Power Automate, and Power Apps (model-driven)
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years’ software development experience
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an advantage

Responsibilities
- Develop and customize CRM features, workflows, & business rules
- Automate business processes within the CRM platform
- Build and maintain system integrations via APIs
- Support reporting through dashboards & insights
- Provide ongoing CRM support & continuous improvements
