Job Introduction:
- Delivering Operational Efficiencies.
- Reduce idle/waiting times before leaving base
- Crew Commander responsible for the team on a trip.
- Attend all morning briefs (parades).
- Leave base properly crewed and ensure to return to base the same including the Aps.
- Remind the crews on the CIT Operators will.
- Ensure constant logging with the control room on departures or arrivals at the customer premises.
- Follow all Deposita laid down procedures.
- Should carry the E viper, CUG and the customer boxes/bags required during the trip.

Risk & Compliance – Vehicle Checks, Accountable Documents, CIT Operators Will, Daily Bankings, Decrewing
- Conduct and document the vehicle security features.
- Ensure the lead car and the chase car are within sight at all times
- Ensure to record the use of all accountable documents and should be safely secured.
- Never carry unauthorized passengers.
- The Aps should at all times take their positions.
- Maintain a high level of integrity, dignity and working standards
- Ensure all cash collected is banked or delivered to the cash centre. (Bss receipt to match the banking slip)
- On completion of CIT run to ensure to decrew the day’s activities with the decrewing officer.
