Manage corporate credit accounts, ensure accurate billing, minimize risk, and drive timely collections while maintaining strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and approve credit applications
- Set and monitor credit limits
- Ensure accurate billing for corporate & group accounts
- Track receivables and follow up on payments
- Reconcile accounts and resolve billing disputes
- Collaborate with Front Office, Sales & Reservations
- Prepare credit and collections reports
- Enforce compliance with credit policies
Qualifications
- Degree in Finance, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the same field (hospitality preferred)
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- PMS knowledge (Opera/IDS is an advantage)

- Credit risk assessment & debt recovery
- Strong numerical and reconciliation skills
- Communication & negotiation skills
