Court Process Server Job Mombasa CPSB

Legal Jobs. Mombasa County Public Service Board Jobs

Reports to the County Solicitor Office of the County Attorney and will be deployed to perform the following duties:

  • Serve court process (in accordance with the provisions of Kenyan law)
  • Dispatch letters
  • File affidavit(s) of service
  • Maintain a register/record of the service of court processes
  • Perform assigned clerical duties
  • Man the legal department registry/documents
  • Perform any other/further duties (as allocated from time-to-time)
  • Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) mean grade C Plain
  • Proficiency in computer/ICT applications
  • You must be registered as a court process server in Kenya.
  • Hold a current court process server license
  • Experience of at least five years in positions such as a clerk/legal assistant in the legal field

  • Copies of academic and professional certificates, transcripts and testimonials
  • A copy of your National Identity Card (ID) or Passport and
  • Other relevant supporting documents.
