We are seeking to hire a Content Producer to create high-impact visual content that strengthens AMG’s brand presence and storytelling. This role involves hands-on videography, photography, and post- production work — producing engaging content for campaigns, social media, and internal communication. The ideal candidate is a creative visual storyteller with strong technical expertise and the ability to translate brand messages into compelling multimedia experiences

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Capture and produce high-quality videos and photos for campaigns, events, and digital platforms.
• Direct and manage shoots, ensuring professional setup, lighting, sound, and visual composition.
• Handle full post-production editing, including trimming, color correction, sound, and graphics.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to develop impactful visual stories.
• Ensure all visuals align with brand guidelines and are delivered within timelines.
• Document and produce content for CSR activities and other corporate events.
• Maintain photography and videography equipment, ensuring readiness for all assignments.
• Adopt new tools, software, and AI technologies to enhance creativity and production efficiency.

Education and Qualification

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Photography, or related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in video and photo production.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom, etc.).
• Experience using AI tools in content creation and editing is an added advantage.
• Demonstrated storytelling ability with a strong visual and creative sense

• Excellent visual composition and storytelling ability.
• Strong editing and post-production skills.
• Proficient in operating and maintaining production equipment.
• Ability to manage multiple shoots and meet tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, creativity, and proactive learning attitude.
