We seek to recruit qualified and experienced teachers who are dynamic, self-motivated and result oriented to facilitate learning at Chemelil Sugar Academy. Chemelil Sugar Academy is a premier mixed boarding school established by Chemelil Sugar Company 2025 Limited. Teachers at the Academy support curriculum implementation, actively encourage and facilitate formation of learners’ moral character, unique skills, capacities and talents to mould a wholesome responsible citizen.

Key Qualifications and Experience Required
- Must be a holder of at least a Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized University.
- At least 2 (two years) of teaching experience in a recognized Secondary school.
- Overall KCSE Grade C+ (plus).
- At least C+ (plus) in the two teaching subjects applied for.
- Must be registered with the Teachers Service Commission (TSC).
- Must be proficient in computer applications.
Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
- Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of current educational issues relating to their areas of specialization.
- Excellent Interpersonal skills.
- Embrace team spirit.
- Self-driven.
- Ability to inspire, challenge, motivate and empower learners.
- Experience in handling co-curricular activities is an added advantage.
