Compliance Officer-Fleet & Transport Job AGL
Logistics Jobs. Africa Global Logistics Jobs. Responsible for managing fleet compliance, ensuring adherence to NTSA, KPA, KRA, KeNHA, customs, and Traffic Act requirements, monitoring speed governor compliance, maintaining accurate documentation and reports. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, with relevant compliance or fleet experience. The position is based in Nairobi and requires on-site work.

Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of Kenyan transport regulations.
- Excellent understanding of NTSA, KPA, KRA, KeNHA, and Traffic Act requirements.
- Fleet documentation and compliance management.
- Excellent planning and coordination skills.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Report writing and documentation management.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple compliance deadlines simultaneously
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Diploma in Transport & Logistics or Fleet Management may be considered with relevant experience.
- Professional certification in Transport Management, Road Safety, Compliance Management, or Fleet Management is an added advantage.
- Valid driving licence is an added advantage.
