We’re Hiring: Commercial Sales Manager – Greenhouse Irrigation
Based in Kenya – relocation required
Are you passionate about sustainable agriculture and precision irrigation?
We’re looking for a dynamic Sales Manager to lead our commercial efforts in delivering cutting-edge irrigation solutions to greenhouse growers across the region.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive new business development and manage key client relationships
- Understand client needs and tailor irrigation solutions accordingly
- Collaborate with agronomists, engineers, and distribution partners
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activity
- Meet and exceed sales targets and contribute to strategic growth
What You Bring:
- 5+ years of sales experience and management in the irrigation or greenhouse industry
- Strong knowledge of drip/micro-irrigation systems and fertigation
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills
- A background in horticulture, agronomy, or agricultural engineering is a plus
- Willingness to travel as needed
