This role is ideal for a commercially strategic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in clearing & forwarding, logistics sales, and revenue growth management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities
- Managing strategic client accounts and commercial targets
- Leading and developing the sales team
- Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-closing
- Delivering market insights and commercial performance reporting
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics/shipping sales management
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding commercial targets
- Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
- Deep understanding of clearing & forwarding operations
- Salary: Ksh. 270,000
