This role is ideal for a commercially strategic and results-oriented professional with extensive experience in clearing & forwarding, logistics sales, and revenue growth management.

  • Driving revenue growth and securing new business opportunities
  • Managing strategic client accounts and commercial targets
  • Leading and developing the sales team
  • Managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-closing
  • Delivering market insights and commercial performance reporting
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in logistics/shipping sales management
  • Proven success in meeting or exceeding commercial targets
  • Strong negotiation, leadership, and relationship management skills
  • Deep understanding of clearing & forwarding operations
  • Salary: Ksh. 270,000
