This is a full-time, on-site position for a Club Waitress at Wazito Paradise Gardens, located in Nairobi. The role involves taking customer orders, serving food and beverages, ensuring guests have a positive dining experience, and maintaining cleanliness in customer areas. The Club Waitress will assist in facilitating smooth service operations and will work closely with the kitchen and bar staff.

Qualifications

Strong customer service skills to ensure excellent guest experiences
Knowledge of food and beverage service, including best practices in food handling
Effective communication skills to interact professionally with diverse clientele
Experience or familiarity with cooking techniques is an added advantage
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Prior experience in a hospitality or food service role is beneficial
