Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree (or recent graduate) in Public Relations and Communications, Healthcare Management, Marketing, Customer Experience Management or a related field.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional presentation, empathy and a patient-centred mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
• Good computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Support patient experience and customer service operations.
• Assist with patient feedback collection, satisfaction surveys, and complaint management.
• Monitor patient waiting times and coordinate service follow-ups.
• Support patient communication, service recovery, and experience improvement initiatives.
• Promote professional service standards across hospital departments.
• Prepare daily activity reports and contribute to patient experience performance tracking.
