City Manager Job Kisumu CPSB

Administration Jobs, Kisumu CPSB Jobs. Responsible for overseeing city administration, coordinating service delivery, implementing city plans and policies, managing resources, supervising municipal operations, coordinating stakeholders, and monitoring the performance of city services. Requires a Bachelor’s degree, a postgraduate qualification in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting, or a related field, at least three years’ administration or management experience. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

For appointment to this position a candidate must:

• Be a citizen of Kenya;
• Have served and proven experience in administration or management either in Public or Private sector for a minimum period of three (3) years;
• Hold a Bachelors Degree from a University recognized in Kenya;
• Hold a post graduate qualification in Business, Management, Finance, Accounting or its equivalent;
• Be a member of a relevant professional association or body and in good standing
• Be in possession of at least Strategic Leadership Development Programme (SDP) lasting not less than six (6) weeks or its equivalent from a recognized institution; Have worked and resided in the Kisumu County for at least five (5) years; and
• Satisfy the requirements of Chapter (6) of the Constitution of Kenya.
