Role Purpose:
The COO will lead strategy for efficient operations and administration. This role ensures operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with Rio Fish’s commercial and social impact goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational planning, budgeting, and performance tracking
- Strengthen systems for efficiency, quality control, and compliance
- Support investor readiness, audits, and donor-funded project execution
- Manage risk, asset utilization, and operational KPIs
- Translate strategy into executable operational plans
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA an advantage)
- 8–10 years’ experience in operations leadership, preferably in agribusiness, FMCG, or manufacturing
- Strong people management and systems-building skills
- Experience scaling operations and managing multi-site teams
- Comfort working in fast-growing, impact-driven enterprises
