Duties and Responsibilities
- Oversee the planning and delivery of healthcare services in the county.
- Manage medical facilities, including hospitals, clinics, and health centers.
- Coordinate healthcare workforce deployment, training, and development.
- Supervise procurement of medical supplies and equipment.
- Ensure quality assurance and regulatory compliance in health services.
- Prmote community health programs and disease prevention initiatives.
- Liaise with national health agencies on policy and program implementation.
- Monitor health outcomes and report on performance metrics.
