Chief HR Management Officer Job Kisumu CPSB

HR Jobs, Kisumu CPSB Jobs. Responsible for verifying recruitment, appointment, promotion and transfer records, processing human resource cases, supporting implementation of HR decisions, maintaining HR information, and guiding staff on HR procedures and policies. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development or a relevant Bachelor’s degree with a Diploma or Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management, plus at least three years’ relevant experience. The position is based in Kisumu and requires on-site work.

Qualifications

• Be a Kenyan Citizen
• Served for a minimum period of three (3) years in the grade of Senior Human Resource Management Officer or in a comparable and relevant position; (
• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Human Resource Planning, Commerce (HR Option), or any other relevant qualification from a recognized Institution;

OR

• Bachelor’s Degree in the following disciplines: Economics, Social Sciences, Education, Public/Business Administration, Government, Commerce plus a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management/Development or equivalent qualification from a recognized Institution;
• Registered with the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM);
• Shown merit and ability as reflected in work performance and results.
