Job Purpose

The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will provide strategic leadership and overall direction for PCEA Kikuyu Hospital. The position is responsible for ensuring the effective delivery of high-quality, patient-centered healthcare services while operating within the policy framework established by the Presbyterian Church of East Africa (PCEA).

The CEO will oversee the hospital’s administrative, financial, operational, and strategic functions while ensuring sustainable growth, excellent patient outcomes, effective governance, regulatory compliance, and organizational excellence.

The role also involves serving as the institution’s chief representative, strengthening stakeholder relationships, promoting the mission of PCEA, and positioning the hospital to respond effectively to the evolving healthcare environment.
