Call Centre & logistics Assistant Job Mamafua Laundramatic Nairobi, Kenya
Job Purpose
To provide excellent customer service by professionally handling customer inquiries,
bookings, complaints, and follow-ups, while coordinating laundry pickups and
deliveries and supporting the effective scheduling and monitoring of riders and drivers.
The role is responsible for ensuring that customer requests are accurately captured,
efficiently coordinated, properly followed up, and delivered within the expected service
timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer and manage customer inquiries via calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels in a
- professional and timely manner.
- Capture customer bookings, requests, and complaints accurately and ensure appropriate follow-up.
- Coordinate and schedule laundry pickups and deliveries in alignment with customer needs.
- Assign, monitor, and follow up with riders and drivers to ensure timely service delivery.
- Provide customers with accurate updates on order status, delivery timelines, and service changes.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the relevant team and ensure timely resolution.
- Maintain accurate customer and delivery records in systems and reports.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Experience
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Customer Service, Logistics,
- Sales and Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in customer service, call centre operations, logistics
- coordination, sales, or a related role.
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and complaints.
- Experience coordinating deliveries, pickups, riders, drivers, or field teams
- is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in WhatsApp, email, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or
- other relevant digital tools.
- Experience using customer databases, booking systems, or logistics tracking
- tools is an added advantage.
