Job Responsibilities:
- Drive sales of specialty soluble fertilizers and crop protection products in the floriculture sector.
- Manage and grow strategic relationships with key flower farms and exporters.
- Provide technical solutions on fertigation, crop nutrition, pest and disease management.
- Develop markets, identify opportunities and expand our customer base.
- Collaborate with distributors and partners to ensure product availability and market coverage.
- Achieve sales, margin and collection targets.
Requirements:
- Education: Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Agronomy, Crop Protection or related field.
- Experience: 10 years’ experience in agri-input sales, preferably in floriculture.
- Product Knowledge: Experience in specialty soluble fertilizers and/or crop protection products.
- Skills: Strong commercial acumen, technical knowledge, and relationship management skills.
- Travel: Based in Nairobi, Kenya with frequent travel to Naivasha, Thika, Nanyuki, Eldoret and other floriculture regions)
