Key Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the new payment processing system.
• Map current vs. target payment flows, ensuring alignment with compliance, finance, and operational needs.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, and Operations to define clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor transaction data, identify patterns or issues, and propose solutions to optimize processing efficiency.
• Support UAT (User Acceptance Testing) by preparing test cases, validating outcomes, and documenting results.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth integrations and system reliability.
• Contribute to building dashboards and reporting frameworks to track KPIs such as acceptance rates, processing times, and error rates.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in English (mandatory).
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in payments, fintech, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of transaction lifecycles (deposits, withdrawals, chargebacks, reconciliations).
• SQL knowledge, with the ability to query and analyze payment data (optional)
• Familiarity with BI/reporting tools (BigQuery, Looker, PowerBI, or similar) is an advantage.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail. – Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
