Responsibilities
- Analyze weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance reports across sales, marketing, finance, and construction.
- Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Monitor financial metrics, budget variances, and cash flow for off- plan developments.
- Track sales pipelines, conversion rates, and client payment compliance.
- Turn complex data into clear summary reports and strategic recommendations for executives.
- Identify operational bottlenecks, revenue gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Provide market insights on buyer trends and payment preferences to guide pricing strategy.
- Research competitor pricing, project timelines, and real estate market trends.
- Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new property projects.
- Collaborate with department heads to streamline data collection and improve workflows.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field.
- 5-10 years of experience as a Business, Data, or Financial Analyst. • Background in the Kenyan real estate or property development sector is highly preferred.
- Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling). • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or real estate CRMs is a plus.
- Strong ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets.
- Excellent communication skills to present data clearly to non- technical stakeholders.
