  • Build and maintain comprehensive dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Monitor financial metrics, budget variances, and cash flow for off- plan developments.
  • Track sales pipelines, conversion rates, and client payment compliance.
  • Turn complex data into clear summary reports and strategic recommendations for executives.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks, revenue gaps, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Provide market insights on buyer trends and payment preferences to guide pricing strategy.
  • Research competitor pricing, project timelines, and real estate market trends.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments for new property projects.
  • Collaborate with department heads to streamline data collection and improve workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Statistics, Real Estate, or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience as a Business, Data, or Financial Analyst. • Background in the Kenyan real estate or property development sector is highly preferred.
  • Advanced Excel skills (vlookups, pivot tables, data modeling). • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, ERP systems, or real estate CRMs is a plus.
  • Strong ability to identify patterns, anomalies, and opportunities in large datasets.
  • Excellent communication skills to present data clearly to non- technical stakeholders.
