Reporting to the Team manager, Region the position holder will be responsible for RAN Maintenance and operations, Energy efficiency activities within assigned 100+ Safaricom Base Transceiver Stations in the assigned region to deliver an always ON network with an availability of >99.80%.

Responsibilities
- Maintenance of BTs within the assigned region to maintain an availability of >99.80%
- Support and maintain energy efficiency initiatives and power equipment.
- Handle Customer Complains within the assigned region
- Manage maintenance and rollout MSPs for the region to ensure quality works within the assigned region.
- Manage the Costs and maintain H&S standards for the assigned BTSes.
- Acceptance of new elements within the Radio Network infrastructure.

Qualifications
- A minimum of bachelor’s degree in IT, telecommunications or related fields
- Willingness to unlearn, learn and relearn.
- Work and execute under minimal or no supervision
