Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Operations: Direct all operational aspects of the Nairobi branch, ensuring
  efficiency in distribution, service delivery, and sales.
• Strategic Planning: Assess local market conditions, identify new opportunities, and
  develop strategic business plans to drive growth and meet national office goals.
• Financial Management: Create and manage the branch budget, allocating funds
  appropriately to maximize impact and productivity.
• Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership, coaching, and motivation to the branch
  team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance in collaboration with the
  HR department
• Networking & Public Relations: Enhance the branch’s reputation by networking with
  local stakeholders, ensuring high ethical standards, and complying with all relevant
  laws and regulations.
• Problem-Solving: Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement
  corrective actions to address challenges and leverage growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in branch management or senior leadership roles
• Strong knowledge of modern management Physically Disabled of Kenya practices
• Ability to meet and exceed sales and operational targets
• Knowledge of disability sector regulations is a key leadership role an added advantage
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Customer-focused and results-driven mindset
